Buckley King Welcomes Paul M. Shipp to the Firm

The law firm of Buckley King is pleased to announce that Paul M. Shipp has joined the Firm. Paul has extensive experience in commercial and criminal litigation, and primarily focuses on advising and litigating white-collar criminal matters.

Paul represents clients in investigations involving the Federal Postal Inspector, Attorney General, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Inspector General (IS), Health and Human Services (HHS), and the State Auditor's Office.

Paul served as a former Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor, which gives him a unique perspective in advising on, strategizing, and litigating white-collar matters. Paul earned his BA cum laude from Bowling Green State University, and his JD cum laude from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
