
As general counsel to business clients, Frank advises on financing (banking and private equity), corporate structure, tax planning, restructuring debt and bankruptcy, executive compensation, environmental issues, and intellectual property licensing and protection. He provides advice to both individuals and business owners in matters relating to succession planning, estate taxation, insurance, employment contracts, and other wealth management issues.
Frank represents clients in real estate and construction, development, financing and syndication matters, including projects involving residential and commercial developments utilizing public-private funding partnerships, historic tax credits, low income housing tax credits, new market tax credits, and FHA and HUD financing. He provides counsel to charitable, tax-exempt organizations and foundations. Frank also lectures on strategic business planning for non-lawyers, as well as succession planning, estate and insurance planning for owners of family businesses.
