With a Specialization in Residential Real Property Law, Kate has a thorough understanding of the intricacies involved in real estate, title matters, leasing, land use and estates and trusts.

Kate has extensive experience negotiating contracts for planned communities, commercial and industrial projects, retail centers, office buildings, hotels and resort properties, as well as subdivisions. She provides counsel and representation in land use, acquisition, management, and disposition for developers, landowners, financial institutions, landlords/tenants, and businesses. Kate's real estate experience includes both transactional and dispute resolution.  She frequently writes and presents on trusts and estates, real property matters, including leasing, land installment contracts, title and escrow issues, foreclosure defense and its processes, probate matters and land sales.

Kate also assists individuals in estate planning, developing trusts and plans that protect assets for future generations.
